Can I return the items?

You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information read our Return and Refund Policy.

Is it possible to exchange the product?

In case you decide that you'd like to exchange the item, send us an email to info@iconicstreetwear.com, briefly explaining the reason. Then we will exchange the items for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Did you place the order but then changed your mind and decided to cancel your order? Sure, no problem, we will cancel the order for you, but you have to do it as fast as possible, before is dispatched. Otherwise you will have to proceed with return process.

When will I receive my order?

The order processing time is usually 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). After the order is processed and prepared, it will be dispatched to you. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday).
