- Order transit time: 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday)
- We are shipping only to the contiguous US
- Free shipping on all orders

Shipping process

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and started processing it, the order processing time is usually 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). After the order is processed and prepared, it will be dispatched to you and you will receive an email with tracking code that you can enter here to see, where your package is. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Currently we deliver only to contiguous United States free of charge.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not panic. Allow for up to 2 additional business days (Monday-Friday). If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect? We are very sorry for that! Please take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong and let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellations

Did you place the order but then changed your mind and decided to cancel your order? Sure, no problem, we will cancel the order for you, but you have to do it as fast as possible, before is dispatched. Otherwise you will have to proceed with return process.
