Return and Refund Policy
Key Information
- You have 30 days to complete your return
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days
- There are no restocking fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return Period
You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order, no matter the reason. After this period has passed, you won't be able to return the goods anymore. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, first send an email to info@iconicstreetwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include clear photos of the damages or issues if possible. We will then inform you on how to return the product. Carefully pack the items and send them to us at your own costs. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect the conditions. We will process the refund accordingly.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the same payment method you used for your order. No restocking fee will be charged for returned items. In case you haven't received your refund within 7 days, first contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Afterwards please contact us and we will help you.
Exchanges
In case you decide that you'd like to exchange the item, send us an email to info@iconicstreetwear.com, briefly explaining the reason. Then we will exchange the items for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect? We are very sorry for that! Please take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong and let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations
Did you place the order but then changed your mind and decided to cancel your order? Sure, no problem, we will cancel the order for you, but you have to do it as fast as possible, before is dispatched. Otherwise you will have to proceed with return process.
